Ingredients

2 cups (500ml) almond milk (or dairy alternative)

2 tbs Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

12 cup (60g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

2 medium bananas frozen

1 tsp ground cinnamon

12 tsp ground nutmeg plus extra to dust

4-6 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately. Dust with a little nutmeg to serve. 

 

Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
