1 cup (250ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
1 3⁄4 cups (280g) frozen mixed berries or any other fresh or frozen soft fruit, eg peaches, apricots, mango
1 medium banana
2 tsp maple syrup (honey or rice malt syrup)
2 tsp vanilla extract
4-6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately.
