1 cup (140g) mango, frozen

12 cup (60g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

12 cup (125g) Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

12 cup (125ml) coconut water

1 cup (250ml) oat milk (or dairy alternative)
