Berry Granola Summer Popsicles

1⁄3 cup (83 1⁄3g) Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
1⁄3 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄3 tbs honey (rice malt syrup or maple syrup)
1⁄8 cup (18 1⁄3g) frozen mixed berries
1⁄8 cup (16 2⁄3g) toasted muesli or granola (or gluten free)
Combine yogurt, vanilla and honey together in a bowl. Gently fold berries and granola through.
Divide mixture between popsicle moulds, insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.
Enjoy in the summer sun!
