13 cup (83 13g) Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

13 tsp vanilla extract

13 tbs honey (rice malt syrup or maple syrup)

18 cup (18 13g) frozen mixed berries

18 cup (16 23g) toasted muesli or granola (or gluten free)

Combine yogurt, vanilla and honey together in a bowl. Gently fold berries and granola through.

Divide mixture between popsicle moulds, insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.
