Italian Toasted Sandwich

4 thin slices (40g ea) wholegrain bread (or gluten free)
60g bocconcini thinly sliced
40g prosciutto thinly sliced
1 medium tomato sliced
1⁄2 tsp dried oregano
1⁄2 cup rocket
Preheat sandwich press.
Top one slice of bread with all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Add other slice and transfer to sandwich press.
Close and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden. Serve.
