1⁄3 cup (80g) Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
2 tbs chocolate protein powder or vanilla or natural protein powder plus 2 tbs cocoa powder
1⁄2 medium banana sliced
2 tbs fresh blueberries or frozen
2 tsp shredded coconut toasted
4 whole almonds chopped
1 tsp cacao nibs optional
Blend yogurt, protein powder and banana together until smooth. Transfer to a bowl or jar and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Top with blueberries, coconut, almonds and cacao nibs (if using) to serve.
