Chocolate Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

2⁄3 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
4 tbs chocolate protein powder or vanilla or natural protein powder plus 2 tbs cocoa powder
1 medium banana sliced
4 tbs fresh blueberries or frozen
4 tsp shredded coconut toasted
8 whole almonds chopped
2 tsp cacao nibs optional
Blend yogurt, protein powder and banana together until smooth. Transfer to a bowl or jar and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Top with blueberries, coconut, almonds and cacao nibs (if using) to serve.
