Indian Minced Beef with Naan Bread

1 onion finely chopped
1 garlic clove finely grated
1 tsp fresh ginger finely grated
300g extra lean minced beef
1⁄2 tsp ground cumin
1⁄2 tsp ground coriander
1⁄2 tsp ground garam masala
1⁄4 tsp salt
1⁄4 cup (35g) frozen peas defrosted
1⁄4 cup (65g) Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
1⁄2 pomegranate seeds
4 sprigs of fresh coriander
1 green chilli
2 naan breads, small (50g ea) (or gluten free) warmed
Heat a non-stick frypan over medium heat and cook onion until golden, add garlic and ginger and cook, stirring for 1 minute.
Add mince, spices and salt and cook, stirring for 5-6 minutes until beef is browned. Add the peas and cook, stirring for a further 5 minutes.
Divide mince between serving bowls and top with a dollop of yogurt, sprinkle over pomegranate seeds, fresh coriander and chilli. Serve with warm naan bread.
