Almond Berry Super Smoothie

This is a Super Smoothie, specifically created for men and women on the Build Muscle goal or completing the Centr Power and Power Shred programs. Our post-workout Super Smoothies make it easier to meet your daily energy quota and protein needs in order to support training and muscle gains. 4 tsp goji berries
4 tsp chia seeds
1⁄2 cup (130ml) water
2 cups (500ml) almond milk (or dairy alternative)
1⁄2 cup (60g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
2 medium bananas frozen
2 cups (300g) frozen mixed berries
2-3 ice cubes
Soak goji berries and chia seeds in water for 10 minutes.
Combine soaked berries and chia with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
