Ingredients

18 cup (15g) whole almonds

18 cup (7 12g) shredded coconut

18 cup (2 12g) natural protein powder

18 cup (10g) hulled tahini

2 12g pitted medjool dates

18 tsp salt

18 tsp ground cinnamon

18 tbs cacao nibs

18 tbs water

18 tbs raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder) for rolling

Place almonds, coconut, protein powder, tahini, dates, salt and cinnamon in a food processor and combine until a sticky coarse mixture has formed.

Add cacao nibs and water to help bind.  Once a sticky and semi-smooth mixture has formed, roll into 1 tbs sized balls. Roll each ball in cacao powder. Place in refrigerator to set for 2-3 hours.
