Choc Tahini & Date Bliss Balls

1⁄8 cup (15g) whole almonds
1⁄8 cup (7 1⁄2g) shredded coconut
1⁄8 cup (2 1⁄2g) natural protein powder
1⁄8 cup (10g) hulled tahini
2 1⁄2g pitted medjool dates
1⁄8 tsp salt
1⁄8 tsp ground cinnamon
1⁄8 tbs cacao nibs
1⁄8 tbs water
1⁄8 tbs raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder) for rolling
Place almonds, coconut, protein powder, tahini, dates, salt and cinnamon in a food processor and combine until a sticky coarse mixture has formed.
Add cacao nibs and water to help bind. Once a sticky and semi-smooth mixture has formed, roll into 1 tbs sized balls. Roll each ball in cacao powder. Place in refrigerator to set for 2-3 hours.
