1 cup (250ml) water

12 cup (125ml) coconut milk (tinned) unsweetened

12 cup (50g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)

13 cup (40g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

1 medium banana roughly chopped

1 tsp ground turmeric

12 tsp ground ginger plus extra to serve

18 tsp black pepper pinch, or to taste

5-6 ice cubes
