Almond Butter Balls

22 3⁄4g pitted medjool dates
1⁄8 cup (7 1⁄8g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
1⁄8 cup (8 1⁄2g) almond butter (or other nut butter)
7 1⁄8g 70% dark chocolate (or dairy-free alternative) chopped
1⁄8 tbs chia seeds
Pulse dates in a food processor until mix comes together in a ball. Add oats, almond butter, chocolate and chia seeds and process until combined.
Roll into tablespoon sized balls and set in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Keep fresh in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze for 3 months.
