23 cup (160ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)

23 cup (160ml) water

13 cup (40g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

13 cup (40g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)

20 whole almonds (roasted)

3 pitted medjool dates

large pinch salt

5-6 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately.

 

Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
