2⁄3 cup (160ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
2⁄3 cup (160ml) water
1⁄3 cup (40g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
1⁄3 cup (40g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
20 whole almonds (roasted)
3 pitted medjool dates
large pinch salt
5-6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately.
Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
