Ingredients

2 tsp instant coffee adjust depending on taste

2 tbs water boiling

3 cups (720ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)

2 medium bananas frozen

1 cup (100g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)

23 cup (80g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

4 tsp cocoa powder (or cacao powder)

3-4 ice cubes

Dissolve coffee in the boiling water.

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately.

 

Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
