1 34 cups (440ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)

14 cup (30g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

14 cup (25g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)

1 tbs cocoa powder (or cacao powder)

14 avocado (medium, 240g)

1 medium banana

4-6 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately.

 

Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
