Ingredients

1 cup (250ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)

23 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

13 cup vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

1 cup (140g) fresh or frozen mango chopped

1 medium banana frozen

12 tsp ground turmeric plus extra for dusting

4-6 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. (You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.)
