1 cup (250ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
2⁄3 cup (160g) Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
1⁄3 cup (40g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
1 cup (140g) fresh or frozen mango chopped
1 medium banana frozen
1⁄2 tsp ground turmeric
4-6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. (You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.)
Divide between glasses and serve.
