1 cup (250ml) coconut water
3 tbs natural protein powder
1 medium banana
1 Granny Smith apple (medium) core removed
1 celery stalk
1⁄4 avocado (medium, 240g)
2 cups (80g) baby spinach leaves
1⁄2 lime juiced
3-5 ice-cubes
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
