Peanut Butter Hemp Seed Milk

Simon’s Hemp Milk is sure to be a fridge staple – whether you’re blending it into a post-workout smoothie or pouring it on your oats. It’s also a great alternative to soy and almond milk for those with allergies.

1⁄3 cup (40g) hemp seeds
2 cups (500ml) water
1⁄8 tsp salt
1 pitted medjool date
1⁄8 vanilla pod seeds scraped
2⁄3 tbs peanut butter powder or peanut butter
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
Pour into a glass bottle and store milk for up to 4 days in the fridge.
Gently shake each time you remove from fridge before consuming.
