13 cup (40g) hemp seeds

2 cups (500ml) water

18 tsp salt

1 pitted medjool date

18 vanilla pod seeds scraped

23 tbs peanut butter powder or peanut butter

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds, or until smooth.

Pour into a glass bottle and store milk for up to 4 days in the fridge.

Gently shake each time you remove from fridge before consuming.
