95g drained tinned tuna in brine
1⁄4 red onion diced
1 celery stalk chopped
1 sprig of parsley leaves stripped & chopped
salt & pepper, to taste
Combine ingredients in a bowl and toss lightly to combine, season with salt and pepper.
Divide between bowls or into a container, enjoy as a post-training snack.
