Coconut Mocha Smoothie

Number of servings
2 cups (500ml) coconut milk, unsweetened (carton)
1⁄2 cup (60g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
1⁄4 cup rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
1 tbs cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
2 tsp instant coffee
1 medium banana
4 ice cubes
1 tbs coconut flakes to serve, optional
Blend all ingredients, except coconut flakes, on high until smooth and creamy. (You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.)
Serve topped with coconut flakes.
