Chocolate Espresso Snack Smoothie

1 cup (250ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
2 tsp instant coffee adjust depending on taste
2 tbs water boiling
1 medium banana frozen
2 tbs vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
2 tbs rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
2 tsp raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
4 large ice cubes
Dissolve coffee in the boiling water.
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Divide between glasses and enjoy!
