1 cup (250ml) coconut water
4 tbs coconut yogurt (dairy or other plant-based alternative)
4 tbs vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
1⁄2 medium banana frozen
1⁄2 cup (70g) frozen raspberries
1 tsp chia seeds
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a glass to serve.
Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
