1 1⁄2 cups (380ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
1⁄2 cup (130g) Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
4 tbs vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
1 Lebanese cucumber
1 medium banana frozen
100g pineapple roughly chopped
4 sprigs of fresh mint leaves picked
3-4 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately.
Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
