1 1⁄2 tsp matcha green tea powder
1 tbs water hot
1 1⁄2 cups (375ml) coconut milk, unsweetened (carton)
1 tbs maple syrup (honey or rice malt syrup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk matcha and hot water in a small saucepan until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and heat for 2 minutes, whisking constantly to foam, until warm.
Pour into cups and serve immediately.
