Easy Beef Stir-fry

2 tsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove minced
2 tsp fresh ginger grated
300g beef rump steak cut in strips
250g green beans trimmed & halved
2 tbs soy sauce (or tamari if gluten free)
1 tbs oyster sauce (or vegan equivalent)
100g egg noodles, fresh (or gluten free) cooked according to packet instructions & drained
2 tbs cashews, roasted roughly chopped
1⁄2 long red chilli finely sliced
Heat a wok or non-stick frypan over low heat, add oil, garlic and ginger and cook stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until golden.
Increase heat to high, add beef and cook for 2 minutes. Add beans and continue to cook for another two minutes.
Add sauces and toss well. Adjust seasoning, stir through drained noodles and cook for another minute to warm through.
Divide between plates, scatter over cashews and chilli to serve.
