Grilled Fish, Broccolini & Noodles

Ingredients

1 tbs sesame seeds

280g white fish fillets

2 tsp sesame oil

salt & pepper, to taste

160g egg noodles, fresh (or gluten free)

1 bunch of broccolini (160g bunch) trimmed & halved

1 tbs soy sauce (or tamari if gluten free)

Heat a non-stick frypan over medium heat, toast sesame seeds until golden and set aside.

Keep pan over medium heat. Toss fish with oil, season with salt and pepper and add to the hot pan. Cook for 3 minutes each side or until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside in a warm place.

Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to packet instructions and add broccolini to the pot for the last 2 minutes.

Using tongs, remove noodles and broccolini from water and add to the hot frypan. Add soy sauce and most of the toasted sesame seeds and toss well. (You may need to add a little cooking water).

Divide noodles and broccolini between plates, add fish and scatter over extra sesame seeds to serve.
