Cinnamon Peach Smoothie

Number of servings
1 1⁄2 cups (380ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
1⁄2 cup (130ml) water
2 yellow peaches or white, cut in slices, reserving one to serve
1 medium banana
1⁄2 cup (60g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon plus extra for dusting
4-6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately.
Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
Pour into glass, add peach slice and dust with extra cinnamon to serve.
