Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Number of servings
2 cups (500ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
200g tinned pumpkin puree (unsweetened) or 75g butternut pumpkin steamed & mashed
1⁄2 cup (60g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
4 tsp maple syrup (honey or rice malt syrup)
2 tsp mixed spice plus extra to dust
4-5 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients in a blender on high until smooth. Serve dusted with extra mixed spice.
