34 cup (200g) canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened) or 2 1/2 oz butternut squash, steamed & mashed

12 cup (60g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

4 tsp maple syrup (honey or rice malt syrup)

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice plus extra to dust

4-5 ice cubes
