Ingredients

1 12 cups (380ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)

12 cup vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

4 tsp cocoa powder (or cacao powder)

23 cup (100g) frozen cherries pitted

23 cup (90g) frozen raspberries

4-5 ice cubes

4 tsp 70% dark chocolate (or dairy-free alternative) shaved

 Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. (You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.)

Pour into a glass and top with shaved chocolate to serve.
