2 whole grain/whole wheat tortillas or wraps, small (1 ½ oz ea) (or gluten free)
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cups (80g) baby spinach leaves
180g ham thinly sliced
3 tbs cheddar cheese grated
1 medium tomato thinly sliced
salt & pepper, to taste
Spread wrap with mustard, top with spinach, ham, cheese and tomato. Season with salt and pepper and wrap tightly.
Place wraps in a sandwich press and cook for 5 minutes until cheese has melted and wraps are golden brown.
