Ham, Arugula & Olive Pizza

1 wholewheat pita bread or pocket, large (3 1/2 oz) (or gluten free)
2 tbs tomato paste
3⁄4 cup (100g) mozzarella grated
1⁄2 red onion very thinly sliced
100g ham thinly sliced or shaved
50g pitted kalamata olives halved
2 sprigs of fresh basil leaves picked
1⁄2 cup arugula
salt & pepper, to taste
Preheat oven and pizza pan to 430°F/fan-forced 400°F.
Spread tomato paste evenly over pita and top with mozzarella, onion, ham and olives.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
Top with basil leaves and arugula and season with salt and pepper to serve.
