It's time to bust through the limits! Luke and Alexz are hitting go with a boxing-style blast to get your heart pumping and kickstart fat burn. Pace yourself through the first set so you can push even harder in the second.

Look out for low-impact modifications – your trainers will coach you through it.

    Before you burn, you need to warm up. Take 3 minutes to get your body into the zone.

    Complete 2 sets. Your work phase will tighten, with 50 secs on, 20 off in the first set, then 30 secs on, 10 off in the second. Rest 30 seconds between sets.
