It all begins with a Functional Test – giving you a baseline to build on during the program.

    Make sure your body is ready to move in all directions.

  • Functional Test

    Rest for 30 secs between exercises and 50 secs at the end of the round.

  • Make your move

    Complete 2 sets, resting for 20 secs between exercises and 45 secs between sets.

    Round 1
  • Fast core finisher

    Complete 2 sets, resting for 5 secs between exercises and 40 secs between sets.

    Round 2
  • Flex & refresh

    Stretch out those muscles to maintain mobility.
