- Targets- Upper body
- Lay the foundations- Switch on your muscles so they're ready to build. - Warm-up
- Let's build- Complete 3 sets. Rest for 15 secs at the end of each set. - Round 1
- Total control- Complete 3 sets. Rest for 15 secs at the end of each set. - Round 2
- Stay strong- Complete 3 sets. Rest for 15 secs at the end of each set. - Round 3
- Embrace the tension- Complete 3 sets. Rest for 15 secs at the end of each set. - Round 4
- Feel the burn- Complete 3 sets. Rest for 15 secs at the end of each set. - Round 5
- Core finisher- Complete 2 sets. Rest for 15 secs between exercises. - Round 6
- Over and out- Breathe and stretch out your upper body with Luke. - Cool-down
