    Switch on your muscles, raise your heart rate and breathe for the challenges ahead.

  • Base Circuit

    Rest 20 secs between exercises and 60 secs at the end of the round.

  • Build Circuit

    Rest 20 secs between exercises and 60 secs at the end of the round.

  • Blast Circuit

    Rest 15 secs between exercises and 60 secs at the end of the round.

  • Challenge Round: Triple Threat

    Complete 3 sets, resting 10 secs between exercises and 20 secs between sets.

  • Cool-down

    Elevate your recovery with targeted stretches and breathwork.
