Your first Challenge Round with Luke and Alexz is a Triple Threat. Here we go!
- Time- 35 MIN
- Equipment- Dumbbells
- Targets- Full body
- Warm-up- Switch on your muscles, raise your heart rate and breathe for the challenges ahead. 
- Base Circuit- Rest 20 secs between exercises and 60 secs at the end of the round. 
- Build Circuit- Rest 20 secs between exercises and 60 secs at the end of the round. 
- Blast Circuit- Rest 15 secs between exercises and 60 secs at the end of the round. 
- Challenge Round: Triple Threat- Complete 3 sets, resting 10 secs between exercises and 20 secs between sets. 
- Cool-down- Elevate your recovery with targeted stretches and breathwork.
