Base Circuit
Rest 20 secs between exercises and 60 secs at the end of the round.
Build Circuit
Rest 20 secs between exercises and 60 secs at the end of the round.
Blast Circuit
Rest 15 secs between exercises and 60 secs at the end of the round.
Challenge Round: Triple Threat
Complete 3 sets, resting 10 secs between exercises and 20 secs between sets.
