Three circuits of Luke's trademark dumbbell and bodyweight moves meet a Tabata core finisher, in a high-intensity workout inspired by the Centr community.
If you're a beginner, start with light dumbbells and pace yourself.

- Get set- Dynamic movements will get you ready to bring the intensity. - Warm-up
- Strong start- Complete 3 sets, resting for 10 secs between exercises and 60 secs at the end of the round. - Round 1
- Quick switch- Complete 3 sets, resting for 10 secs between exercises and 60 secs at the end of the round. - Round 2
- Thrusters on- Complete 2 sets, resting for 10 secs between exercises and 60 secs at the end of the round. - Round 3
- Tabata core finisher- Complete 2 sets, resting for 10 secs between exercises. - Finisher
- Recovery zone- Breathe and stretch to release your burning muscles. - Cool-down
