Luke and Bobby have drafted in an unexpected guest for this bonus 15 minutes of lean muscle-building, fat-burning cardio fire. It's none other than our Dynamic Yoga expert Tahl – and if you're predicting she's about to show the guys up, you're totally right!

Luke is setting the challenge and bringing the heat with 3 rounds and 5 exercises. Bobby will demonstrate the modified move (easier for beginners), Luke will show the classic move, and if you're after an advanced challenge follow badass Tahl with the progressions.

The moves in this cardio lean-out are low impact, but high intensity, so get ready to sweat (unless you're Tahl). Up for it? Let's go!
