- Prepare to build- Make sure your body is ready to lift big. - Warm-up
- Squat and press- Complete 4 sets. Rest 10 secs between exercises and 60 secs after each set. - Round 1
- Full-body blast- Complete 4 sets. Rest 10 secs between exercises and 60 secs after each set. - Round 2
- Unilateral moves for targeted strength- Complete 4 sets. Rest 10 secs between exercises and 60 secs after each set. - Round 3
- Final crusher- Complete 3 sets. Rest 10 secs between exercises and 60 secs after each set. - Round 4
- Stretch & release- Let those muscles unwind after a tough session. - Cool-down
