    Switch on your muscles, raise your heart rate and get ready to build.

  • Base Circuit

    Rest 20 secs between exercises and 60 secs at the end of the round.

  • Build Circuit

    Rest 15 secs between exercises and 60 secs at the end of the round.

  • Blast Circuit

    Rest 10 secs between exercises and 60 secs at the end of the round.

  • Challenge Round: Countdown

    Starting with 20 secs rest, decrease your rest period by 5 secs after each exercise.

  • Cool-down

    Elevate your recovery with targeted stretches and breathwork.
