How do the programs work?

The dynamic duo behind Centr Unlimited and Centr Ignite is back to get you moving in ways you’ve never seen with two progressive 6-week programs. Each workout is voice guided by Luke and Alexz to keep you motivated and making progress.

  • Choose the dumbbell-only Centr Circuit: Elevate program, or get moving in different ways by adding a variety of fun equipment with Centr Circuit: Elevate+.
  • Both programs are targeted at an Intermediate-Advanced training level. If you’re a Beginner, pace yourself and know your limits.
  • 4 efficient and effective 30-minute workouts each week.
  • Each workout includes compound moves that layer up with every circuit – nail the base move, build on it, then blast it to the next level!
  • Challenge rounds designed to spike your heart rate and keep your body guessing.
  • Keep moving with low-impact modifications in every session.
  • Unique warm-ups and cool-downs for every workout, featuring breathwork to unlock better performance and recovery.

What equipment do I need?

Both programs require three sets of dumbbells. If you only have one set, that’s okay – just adapt as needed in workouts and consider leveling up with more equipment as you progress.

If you’re doing Centr Circuit: Elevate, you’ll need:

  • 3 sets of dumbbells: light, medium and heavy

If you’re doing Centr Circuit: Elevate+, you will need:

  • 3 sets of dumbbells: light, medium and heavy

  • Small sand bags (Luke and Alexz use 8lb/3.62kg bags, but you can use any weight you have available)

  • A slam ball (Luke and Alexz use a 10lb/4.55kg ball, but again, you can use any weight that suits)

Your Centr meal plan is built to support your training and everyday movement – so follow the plan for your goal and make the most of it. You can check or change your goal in your Centr Settings at any time.

Using breathwork for better results

In each warm-up and cool-down during Elevate and Elevate+, Luke and Alexz incorporate breathwork techniques to help you sync mind and body, regulate training performance and then kickstart recovery.

How do I elevate my recovery?

How you train is just part of the picture. To push your performance throughout the programs and maximize results, recovery is an essential part of your routine. Start with these essentials:

  • Embrace rest days so your body has a chance to replenish glycogen stores and repair and grow muscle tissue. You have 4 workouts each week during Elevate and Elevate+, allowing plenty of space to take a rest day.
  • Use active recovery to increase blood flow to your muscles and reduce soreness. This starts with your cool-down after each workout, then make use of our recovery sessions on your rest days.
  • Make sure you’re getting plenty of quality sleep. This is the main event for muscle recovery – when your body does its best repair and growth. If you need an assist to get some good slumber, hit play on the Power Sleep series with Chris.
