My mother is a yoga instructor. I have my great mate Tahl on speed dial. I live in a place renowned for its beautiful nature and spiritual vibes. Sadly, none of this has made me a natural at mindfulness. But I'm trying!

If I was going to write a book on mindfulness, I'd call it The Art of Not Giving a Sh*t. But Fabrice beat me to it, so I guess I'll leave it to the pro! His attitude makes meditation accessible even if you're not super spiritual or find it hard to sit still.
