What is functional movement? We like to call it training for real life. This type of exercise is centered on increasing mobility, strength and overall fitness, and reducing injury risk, for the things you do every day.

Whether you’re training to build muscle, landscaping a garden, running a marathon or cleaning up after the kids, these gentle strength, mobility and stretching exercises will help you do it better and with less tweaks or pain.
